Please Note:  CD-R disks are burned and printed in batches based on confirmed pre-orders.  Please expect to receive your CDs by US Postal Service 2 to 4 weeks after you pre-order.  You must provide a valid postal address during your checkout in order for us to ship your CDs to you. 

In the event that mechanical licenses are required for recorded music that is not in the public domain, and the total number of CDs pre-ordered by the deadline is insufficient to pay for the mechanical licenses, then all pre-orders will be refunded and no CDs will be produced.   Mechanical licenses are typically $15 per song, and $0.091 per song per CD for songs less than 5 minutes and $0.0175 per minute per CD for songs more than 5 minutes.  It often requires orders totaling around 30 CDs or CD sets to break even on mechanical licenses.

When mechanical licenses are secured and a batch of CDs or CD sets is run and all outstanding pre-orders are filled, a small number of CDs will be available on a first come, first served basis until the mechanical license is filled.  At that time, the order button will be removed from this order page.
